Meet Ollie Tanton Brown

Husband to Emma, dad to Sam and Jacob. I’m a straight-talking fixer who loves making things work better. If there’s a simpler, faster way to do something, I’ll find it and build it.

For over two decades I’ve worked across partnerships, analysis and process improvement — taking messy, paper-based workflows and turning them into clean, digital systems. Along the way I taught myself AI and automation (Google Forms → Sheets → Docs/PDF, Apps Script, and lightweight web builds) to cut admin time and reduce errors for small UK businesses.

Outside of work I’m the lead singer of Realm79 — we’ve been playing together for 22 years. Running gigs taught me how to manage timelines, teams and tech under pressure, and to build long-term relationships with people who want to succeed.
