Meet Ollie Tanton Brown

Husband to Emma, dad to Sam and Jacob. I’m a straight-talking problem solver who loves making things work better. If there’s a smarter or faster way to do something, I’ll find it — and then I’ll build it.

For over two decades, I’ve worked across partnerships, data analysis, and process improvement — taking old, paper-heavy workflows and turning them into clean, digital systems that just work. Along the way, I taught myself AI, automation, and lightweight coding using tools like Google Forms, Sheets, Docs, Apps Script, and simple web builds — helping small UK businesses cut admin time and reduce everyday frustration.

Outside of work, I’m the lead singer of Realm79 — a band I’ve performed with for over 20 years. Managing gigs, tech, and people under pressure has taught me a lot about communication, reliability, and teamwork — all of which feed into how I approach my projects.

How I Work

My goal is always to make things simple, clear, and easy to use.

I start by understanding how you currently do things — what’s working, what’s not, and where time is being lost.

Once I’ve got your form, your branding, and a sense of your goals, I’ll build your automation on top of Google, so it fits naturally into your day-to-day workflow.

When it’s ready, I’ll walk you through it personally or record a short video showing exactly how it works and where to find your files.
